All orders placed in the Studio Cumbre store are shipped via DHL or FEDEX.
We aim to ship custom items within one business week of order acceptance.
Please note that shipping times may increase during periods of high demand.
All transactions are shown in Euros. All prices quoted on this website are
accurate at the time of publication.
All shipping services used by Cumbre provide a tracking service.
In the event that several orders are placed with the same shipping
destination and in the same account, orders may be combined and shipping
costs will be adjusted unless requested otherwise.
Cumbre will send your purchase to all destinations in the world depending
on the delivery availability of courier companies.
When you place an order with us, a confirmation of your order and amount
will be sent charged to your credit card to the email address you have
registered with us. This document will contain your unique order number
and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation
somewhere safe in the unlikely event that a problem should arise.
All returns must be authorized by us before sending the garments back.
Simply send the request to email@example.com within 14 days of the order
Merchandise must not be used, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned
in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Damaged
returned merchandise may be refused and returned to the customer at Studio
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and we will only refund or
provide shipping/carriage charges if the returned item is defective. The
refund will be made in the original form of payment for the returned
merchandise. We require up to 5 business days from receipt of the merchandise
at the Cumbre studio. Financial institutions may require additional days to
process the refund before funds are returned to the account.
It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking
information and to ensure that the returned merchandise arrives at Cumbre
within the time frame indicated above.
Please note that we can only offer a refund and not an exchange.
It is strongly recommended that, when returning items, you obtain proof of
shipment or appropriate invoices and documentation from the courier company.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit and you are
advised to take out your own insurance.
