UNIDES, 2023

“Unides” is an editorial, captured by Delfina Seefeld Kohen, in collaboration with Esto es Blanco and Studio Cumbre. Its purpose is to celebrate the beauty of diverse identities and body shapes. The campaign embraces the fascinating bond among women from different nationalities, colors, and backgrounds, weaving an unbreakable thread of sisterhood. It seeks to liberate us from the constraints of traditional beauty standards, unveiling the strength and resilience of women. Through our adorned bodies, we explore the intricate relationship between perception and society. Our bodies are clothed in the fabric of social norms, yet we challenge and transcend those expectations, crafting new narratives along the way. Each fold, each color, and each texture mirror the complexity of an ever-evolving society. As we embark on this journey, we embrace transformation, unveiling the true essence and nature of each individual. We aim to reach a redefinition of femininity and celebrate the immense power and beauty that resides within every woman.

Back to Basics, 2022

The aim of this collection is to create garments in a creative, mindful and environmentally conscious way.

Our garments take into account the natural transformation of the bodies and are designed to reduce impact and promote a long-lasting life. Our purpose is to create functional, versatile and vital pieces, ready to adapt to different body shapes over time.

Transformation implies a change of shape that reveals its true nature and essence. We understand clothing and sustainability as a living concept, forever evolving.

This collection is an invitation to question our own definition of fashion while celebrating a contemporary and adaptable approach that promises to accompany our body as it transforms throughout our life. Our garments are meant to reach a broad public, embracing inclusion by celebrating different identities and body shapes.

While developing this concept, I was inspired by ancestral techniques,
artisanal production and deceleration. As the human body is understood as a changing structure, Eastern and Western modalities merge to embrace each other in time, focusing on the use of vernacular pattern-making techniques, such as zero-waste, natural dyes from food waste and textiles with less environmental impact.

Distinctions: Finalist collection in Redress 2022 and Outstanding collection by Sello del Buen Diseño (seal no4032)
